First Step Learning accepts enrollment of children from infancy (4 weeks) to school-aged (12 years).

First Step Learning Center uses carefully curated programs for children from toddlers to the beginning of middle school. These programs focus on fostering development in academic skills and creativity. We utilize Frog Street.

Our health policy is strictly enforced in all classrooms with the following measures:

  • Requiring any child and staff members displaying any symptoms of illness to stay home until 24 hours free of symptoms.
  • Regular sanitization and disinfection of frequently touched toys, surfaces, and other objects
  • Requiring staff and children to wash hands multiple times throughout the day.
  • Weekly laundering of crib sheets, washable toys, and blankets.

Yes. First Step Learning Center provides USDA-approved meals and snacks at the following times:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon Snack
  • Dinner

First Step Learning Center teachers stay in contact with parents through ProCare. This application allows us to message parents throughout the day with updates on their child’s progress and well-being. We can also send photos of their child engaging in the various daily activities scheduled for that day to ensure that they are always in the loop with their child’s education.

Our enrollment process starts with parents filling out a registration form for each child they are looking to enroll. We then provide a guided tour of the building and more information about our daily routines and everything their child will need. We will also be happy to answer any questions that the parents may have.
