Morning Care:
Every morning, your child will be given a nutritious breakfast that keeps them full and focused on their studies.
We also provide safe and punctual school transportation, setting your child up to have a great day. This smooth transition reduces stress for both you and your child.
Afternoon Care:
Our program emphasizes a holistic approach to education, blending academics with recreational activities that encourage creativity and collaboration.
We provide homework assistance, ensuring students stay on track with their studies while also having the opportunity to explore new interests through a variety of extracurricular activities. From arts and crafts to sports and music, our program has something for everyone.

Each of our locations is staffed by committed childcare specialists who are passionate about creating a supportive, engaging environment for students to flourish. Our educators go through ongoing training to ensure that they are able to give high-quality care that surpass industry standards.
Parents are able to utilize our before-and-after school programs in whatever capacity they need them. This means parents who need to drop their students off at the opening of our center, 6:00 a.m., or those who don’t need to use the before-school program at all have that flexibility. Parents are able to pick up their students at any time.
We designed this program to meet the needs of both students and parents. Our goal is to create a supportive environment that allows students to build on lifelong skills, part of which is providing support to parents through flexible before-and-after school care.
All of our students will receive breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner (if needed). These meals are USDA-approved and align with the Child Care Food Program (CACFP) standards.
Safety is our top priority. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security measures, and our staff is trained to ensure the well-being of every child. We are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment that promotes health and safety. This is done through the following regulations:
All students and staff who display symptoms of illness must remain home until they are 24 hours free of symptoms.
All classrooms are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
All toys are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Staff and students are required to wash hands multiple times throughout the day to stop the spread of germs.
Weekly laundering of crib sheets, washable toys, and blankets.
Southwest Academies offers transportation to and from school for students in our before- and after-school programs. We ask that all students getting a ride to school be at our center by 7:00 a.m. After school, we provide transportation
back to our facility for a safe and seamless transition. Upon arrival, students will be given a prepared afternoon snack to meet nutritional needs so they can focus on completing homework and performing well in extracurricular activities.

Our before- and after-school programs accept students aged five to 13.
We ask that our students arrive at our facility by 7:00 a.m. to ensure that we can get all of our students to school on time. However, students can arrive earlier if needed. Our facility opens at 6:00 a.m.
We have a team of highly-qualified drivers who get students safely to and from school.
