Infant Teacher: As an Infant Teacher, you’ll provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for babies aged 6 weeks to 18 months. You’ll support their early development through age-appropriate activities, daily routines, and loving care. This role includes feeding, diapering, tracking developmental milestones, and building strong, trusting relationships with both infants and their families. A calm, patient, and attentive nature is essential.
Toddler Teacher: As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll guide curious, energetic little ones through a critical stage of growth and discovery. You’ll create a safe, loving, and structured environment that encourages exploration, language development, social skills, and independence. Daily responsibilities include engaging in play-based learning, supporting routines like meals and potty training, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families. Patience, creativity, and consistency are key.
Preschool Teacher: As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll help children build the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. You’ll lead a classroom of 3 to 5-year-olds through engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support early literacy, math, social-emotional skills, and creativity. You’ll also foster a caring, inclusive environment where every child feels seen, safe, and encouraged to grow. Strong classroom management, a nurturing spirit, and a passion for early education are essential.
School-Age Teacher: As a School-Age Teacher, you’ll support children ages 5–12 with a balance of structure, creativity, and fun before and after school. You’ll help with homework, lead enriching activities, and create a safe, welcoming space where kids can unwind, explore interests, and build friendships. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to guide older children with patience, positivity, and respect.
Kitchen Cook: As the Kitchen Cook, you’ll play a key role in keeping our children healthy and nourished. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks that meet dietary guidelines and allergy needs. Daily tasks include meal planning, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen environment. This role requires organization, time management, and a love for serving children behind the scenes.
Van Driver: As the Van Driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting children safely to and from the daycare center and other locations, such as field trips or after-school programs. This individual will ensure the safety and well-being of children during transportation, as well as maintain the vehicle in excellent working condition.
Office Assistant: As the Office Assistant, you’ll help keep our center running smoothly by supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting families, answering phones, managing paperwork, assisting with enrollment and attendance records, and helping staff as needed. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming presence—someone who’s organized, flexible, dependable, and happy to be a helpful part of the team.
Center Director: As the Center Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring that children receive a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role includes managing and supervising staff, developing and implementing age-appropriate programs, and maintaining compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements. The Director will handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, record-keeping, and maintaining facility safety, while also fostering positive relationships with parents and the community. With a focus on child development, the Daycare Director ensures that staff are properly trained and that the center operates efficiently and conducts outreach efforts to boost enrollment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
